Ms. Liu possesses extensive experience in capital operations and finance. From July 2006 to September 2018, she served as Director of the Investment Banking Department at China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (SSE: 600999), where she was responsible for equity capital markets practice. Subsequently, from October 2018 to December 2023, she held multiple roles at Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. (SSE: 605499), including Finance Director, Director, Vice President, and Board Secretary. Between January 2024 and July 2025, Ms. Liu served as the Board Secretary of InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology Holding Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 02577), additionally acting as a Joint Company Secretary from May 2024 to July 2025. Since August 2023, she has served as an Independent Director of Xingmin Intelligent Transportation Systems (Group) Co., Ltd. (SHE: 2355). Ms. Liu holds a master’s in business administration from Sichuan University, obtained in June 2004, and an EMBA from Tsinghua University’s PBC School of Finance, completed in December 2024.
