Soul Impact offers Empathy Training, Stress Management Tools and Impact Counseling, tailored specifically to the unique needs the customer service field.

Our customer service employees are in desperate need of quality support and specialized tools to cope with - not only the demands of the job - but the reality within the communities. With 75% of people in South Africa, not having access to mental health support, we need a tailored solution.

Soul Impact is this solution. We bridge the treatment gap, providing quality wellbeing support to individuals within their contact centre environments. Our aim is to reach as many young South Africans as possible, positively impacting them, their workspaces and their greater communities.

Together, we can MAKE AN IMPACT!
