Sam Taylor

Sam Taylor is a seasoned coffee industry professional with extensive experience in management and training. Currently serving as the National Manager - Coffee at Soul Origin since August 2016, Sam drives the vision for specialty coffee across Australia and oversees major beverage campaigns, including the National Barista Championships. Previous roles include National Manager for Coffee and Retail Training, Head of Coffee, National Coffee Coach, and National Coffee Trainer. Prior to Soul Origin, Sam worked as a Lecturer at TAFE NSW, specializing in professional barista training, and held management positions at The Baron, GG Espresso, and Gloria Jean’s Coffees. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Journalism from Macleay College.
