Soul Perform was born out of a passion for making people well from the inside, out. By combining skills in sports medicine, physiotherapy, yoga, nutrition and functional medicine, Clare and Mark knew they could be more effective at healing sports injuries and health issues – then help you come back fitter, stronger and happier than ever before.

The evidence was clear from patients they’d worked with. While one treatment in isolation will scratch the surface, to get lasting results, you need to get to the root of the problem. A more holistic, person-centred approach was called for. One that could heal the body and soul.
