Soul Yoga brings solutions for the challenges and difficulties employees experience in today's times. We specialise in providing Yoga classes, chair yoga and chair massage workshops to companies and organizations, based on their specific needs. 
Continuous practice of Yoga in the office increases vigilance, concentration and creativity, while reducing stress and pain, caused by long hours of sitting in front of the computer and a high pace & demand working environment. Integrating our wellness programs into the organization significantly contributes to employee conservation, forges "team spirit", and at the end - makes people more calm, productive and happy. 
All classes, workshops can be given in English, French or Dutch.
