Soularity is a transformation practice for high-achievers in crisis.

We work with executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who've manufactured success through force — and are now breaking beneath it. People who've won by every external measure and lost by every internal one. People whose success is killing them.

Our founder, Aria Sabouri, PhD, is a depth psychologist and certified Energetic Leadership Coach with 30 years of experience in transformation — including luxury brand consulting for Apple, Hermès, Tiffany, and Cartier.

Our methodology is called the 51/49 Protocol.

It's based on a radical premise: the difference between burnout and breakthrough isn't balance. It's a 2% shift — from force leading to grace leading. 51% grace, 49% force. The same drive, the same ambition — but conducted by something deeper than willpower alone.

We offer:

→ Executive Transformation Coaching — 90-day intensive containers for leaders ready to change at depth
→ The 51/49 Protocol — A practical methodology for shifting from force-driven to grace-led success
→ Leadership Development — Energetic leadership training for individuals and organizations
→ Speaking & Workshops — Transformation, consciousness, and leadership for corporate and conference settings
→ Soularity Certification — Training for coaches and practitioners (coming 2025)

We also publish Paradise GPS: Finding Your Soul at 51/49 — a forthcoming book mapping the journey from burnout to breakthrough.

Soularity is for the successful and the lost. The ones who've built everything and feel nothing. The ones ready to stop optimizing their prison and find the door.

We don't do surface-level fixes. We do transformation at depth.

From force to grace.
