Soulco therapy is a relational somatic psychotherapy practice focused on developmental trauma, nervous system regulation, identity healing, and emotional overwhelm.

The practice integrates attachment-based psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing®, interpersonal neurobiology, and embodied nervous system approaches to support greater self-trust, emotional regulation, and connection.

Many of the individuals I work with developed chronic survival strategies in response to emotionally immature, inconsistent, or high-pressure relational environments. Over time, these adaptations can contribute to anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, dissociation, difficulty resting, and disconnection from oneself.

Services include:
• Virtual psychotherapy across Canada
• In-person relational somatic therapy in Anmore, BC
• Experiential somatic sessions
• Nervous system-focused group therapy through The Steady Protocol™

My work is grounded, relational, trauma-focused, and paced to match each person’s nervous system capacity.
