Doug Leonard

Doug Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Doug is currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Director of Strategic Projects at SoulCycle Inc since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at American Express from 2014 to 2022, where they held various positions including Chief of Staff, Director of Strategy & Planning for Premium Products & Benefits, Senior Manager for The Centurion Lounge & Amex Global Lounge Collection, Manager of Strategy, and Analyst in the Strategy department. Before joining American Express, they worked at Infosys as an Analyst in Digital & Customer Experience Strategy for the Retail, Luxury Goods, and CPG sectors from 2012 to 2014.

Doug Leonard attended Oliver Ames High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Doug then went on to study at Bowdoin College from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, French, and Economics.
