Layne Kight

Layne Kight has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Sales Lead at Pier 1 Imports until 2014, where they then joined Target as an Executive Team Lead in Guest Experience until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to the banking industry and began working at BBVA Compass as a Treasury Management Product Analyst, later becoming a Product Manager and then a Sr. Product Manager in Treasury Solutions. In 2019, they joined SoulCycle Inc. as an Instructor and continued in that role until 2022. During this time, they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Ballet Lubbock in 2013. In 2022, Layne Kight took on a new position as Vice President in Healthcare Treasury Product at Texas Capital Bank. Finally, in the same year, they also started working at Deluxe as a Sr. Product Manager in Digital Payment Solutions.

Layne Kight completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in Marketing and Music-Voice, with a minor in Public Relations, at Texas Tech University from 2008 to 2013. They are currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Texas McCombs School of Business, with an expected completion date between 2022 and 2024.
