We talk a lot about productivity, hustle, and optimization, yet one of the most powerful tools for mental health, presence, and connection remains largely overlooked: creativity.

Despite its proven impact on stress, emotional wellbeing, focus, and human connection, most adults haven't picked up a crayon or doodled freely since childhood.

At SoulDoodles, we help adults reconnect with their creativity through community events, workshops, and storytelling, giving everyone the space, permission, and inspiration to slow down, let go of perfection, and rediscover the joy of creating.
Our impact so far: Thousands inspired across 41+ countries. Workshops and talks delivered for Columbia University, Figma, Freepik, DocuSign, Salisbury University, CreativeMornings & many more. A podcast featuring illustrators and artists from around the world on Spotify. In-person Happy Doodle community events in NYC, San Francisco & Brooklyn.

What we offer: Community doodling events & creative gatherings. Corporate workshops & team experiences. Talks, podcast features & creative challenges. A welcoming space for adults who want to create, no artistic skill required.
