Didi Lo is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. As the co-founder of Another Bloody Water since January 2006 and the CEO and founder of Soulfresh, which focuses on developing premium organic and natural alternatives, Didi Lo has demonstrated leadership and innovation in challenging mainstream brands. Prior to establishing Soulfresh in January 2003, Didi Lo held various culinary and management roles, including Bar Manager at La La Land (2000-2002), Chef at The Beach Cafe (January 2000 - July 2000), and Cook at Da Cellini Restaurant (1997-2000). Didi Lo's educational background includes studies at the University of Canberra from 1998 to 2000 and attendance at Narrabundah College from 1994 to 1995.
