SoulStar Consulting helps wellness and financial professionals and organizations weave trauma-informed care into the way they work.

Through education, coaching, and operational framework development, we support practitioners and businesses in building practices that are safer, more inclusive, and grounded in an understanding of how trauma shapes human experience.
Our workshops go beyond theory. We cover the essential, polyvagal theory, nervous system anatomy, the many faces of trauma, self and co-regulation, consent and invitational language, professional boundaries, and financial trauma. We give practitioners the knowledge and tools to integrate trauma-informed principles in ways that are practical and lasting.

Trauma-informed care is the future of health and financial wellbeing. Service providers who apply it to their work and their business structure are leaders and pioneers in their field.
