Amongst the chaos and stress of daily pressures, Sound is a haven with one main focus in mind – your personal health and wellness. At Sound, we have designed an intentional space lead by our team of allied health and wellness professionals that offers a range of specialised services, including Women’s Health, Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Acupuncture. 

In addition, we also offer Pilates, Strength and Yoga classes 7 days a week. Our studio design with its relaxed communal areas allow you to feel calm, welcomed and part of something special as soon as you arrive. 

Despite our specialisation in Women’s Health, all bodies are welcome, where our focus for you by the end of each visit is to help you feel more sound of mind and sound of body.
