Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Sound Transit since 2022, they led the Federal Way Link Extension as a Senior Project Manager, providing strategic updates and managing complex third-party agreements. With a strong background in construction auditing, regulatory compliance, and alternative delivery methods, Brian has successfully managed multiple projects, ensuring they were completed on time and in accordance with federal and state regulations. Their prior experience includes roles in tangible asset valuation at Deloitte and construction management at Pattison Construction. Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in IT and Administrative Management from Central Washington University and an ATA in Construction Management from Edmonds College.
