Rick Capka is a seasoned construction project delivery professional, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. With extensive experience at Sound Transit, Rick held multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Project Executive for the Bus Rapid Transit program, where Rick directs design and construction efforts. Previously, Rick served as Construction Manager and Principal Construction Manager for the Northgate Link Extension project, overseeing all aspects of construction contracts and managing teams. Prior to joining Sound Transit, Rick gained valuable experience in the US Army as a civil engineer and held various positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff.
