Bina Mistry

Bina Mistry is a highly experienced professional in music licensing and legal consultancy, currently serving as the Director of Music Licensing and Partnerships at SoundCloud since June 2023. As the Founder of music:defined since October 2020, Bina provides bespoke consultancy services to music creatives. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Peloton Interactive, where Bina focused on global music and business relations, and Digital Legal Counsel for Warner Chappell Music, overseeing digital licensing negotiations with major digital partners.
