Jennifer Caserta

Jennifer Caserta has a diverse work experience spanning several leadership roles in various companies. Currently, at SoundCloud, they serve as the Chief People Officer, responsible for overseeing culture, talent acquisition, learning and development, internal communications, and workplace experience. Prior to this, they worked at AMC Networks, where they held the position of Chief Transformation and People Officer, leading human resources, talent strategy, employee relations, and other functions.
