Rachel Workman is currently serving as the Vice President of Data and Vice President of Customer Value at SoundCommerce. Prior to this, Rachel held various leadership roles such as Head Of Solutions Architecture at Outlier AI and Director of Customer Success, North America at Trace One. Rachel has a strong background in professional services, business development, and strategic partnerships, with experience in leading the delivery of contact center solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Rachel also has a Master's Degree in Data Science from Northwestern University and continuing education in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Phoenix.
