Since the firm’s founding in 2015 by Jarrett Turner, Soundcore has remained dedicated to an intentional focus on sound investments and steadfast to its commitment to core principles.

Since inception, Soundcore has acquired 99 businesses (13 platform / 86 add-on), with $1.4 billion total enterprise value (TEV). Of the 99 companies acquired, Soundcore was the first institutional capital 95 times (96%).  Soundcore has completed a (mean) average of 8.5 acquisitions across the 13 buy & build platforms created to date.  Soundcore has sold / exited six (five to private equity and one to a public strategic) of the 13 platform companies, generating in aggregate $1.6 billion in TEV. Of the companies sold to date, the average (mean) hold / ownership period is 5.0 years.
