Ricky

Ricky Ma is a skilled Software Engineer specializing in ASR systems at SoundHound AI since January 2020, responsible for implementing diagnostic pipelines, monitoring services, and CI testing on GPU for the Dynamic Interaction voice AI service. As a NLU Project Lead, Ricky successfully enhanced the drive-through NLU support for WhiteCastle, achieving a 6% increase in order completion rates. Prior to this, Ricky developed a high-performing voice AI system and secured a commercial agreement with MasterCard by significantly improving order completion and reducing latency.
