Steve Bigari

Steve Bigari began their work experience in 1982 as an Owner Operator at McDonald's, where they grew from managing 1 to 12 restaurants in 12 years. During their time there, they chaired the innovation team and achieved the Drive Thru world record. In 1987, they also served as a Board Member for Ronald McDonald Charities of Southern Colorado. In 2005, Bigari founded their own company, Mr Biggs, which operated until 2010. Steve then became the CEO of Synq3 Restaurant Solutions in 2008 and held the position until 2024. Currently, Bigari is the EVP of AI for Restaurants at SoundHound AI.

Steve Bigari attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering. Steve also studied Civil Engineering at West Point during the same time period, earning another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
