Adam Webb has had a diverse range of work experiences, starting in 2011 when they worked as a Private 1:1 & Intervention English Tutor. Adam also gained experience as a GCSE Examiner for Edexcel, AQA, and Cambridge exam boards. In 2013, they worked as a Teacher of English at Blatchington Mill School until 2015. During this time, they also volunteered for Action for Happiness.
In 2015, Adam became a Personal Development Coach and later joined Bailey&French as a Consultant & Coach. Adam worked with various corporate and non-professional clients, helping them recognize their strengths, set goals, and implement initiatives. Adam also worked as an English Tutor at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM) and as a Workshop Leader & Learning Project Manager at Little Green Pig.
In 2021, Adam joined Sounding Board, Inc as a Leadership Coach. This role involved using their Coaching Enablement Platform and managed coach network to scale, manage, and measure complex leadership development programs across the enterprise.

Adam Webb holds a Bachelor's Degree in English & Photography from Sheffield Hallam University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Adam has also completed a Certificate in Coaching from International Teaching Seminars (ITS) in 2015-2016. Furthermore, Adam has obtained various certifications, including the ITS Certified Coach certification from ITS in September 2015, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in August 2021, and the Sounding Board 1:1 Leadership Coach certification from Sounding Board, Inc. in May 2023.
