Cortney Marchetti has extensive work experience in HR and talent management. Cortney started their career as a Legal Intern at NetApp and later worked as an Associate at Strazulo Fitzgerald, LLP, specializing in litigation. Cortney then joined Jackson Lewis LLP as a Senior Associate, providing strategic advice and counsel to clients on employment law issues.
In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources and Employee Engagement at Shutterfly Inc., where they led HR and employee engagement efforts for over 700 employees. Cortney also managed the company's facilities and led the employee engagement team.
After leaving Shutterfly, Cortney joined Lyft as Director of People Operations - Business, where they led the People Business Partner team for non-Tech functions and implemented scalable and sustainable business practices.
