Mimi Watson

Mimi Watson is a highly experienced leadership coach and mentor, currently serving at Sounding Board, Inc. since June 2016. With a focus on executive coaching, Watson helps key players enhance their scope and impact within organizations through Watson Coaching, founded in April 2000. Additionally, Watson brings extensive training experience as a Senior Trainer, having collaborated with various organizations since April 1984, specializing in team building, organizational change management, and employee engagement. Watson's prior role as an Executive Coach at From Center involved coaching senior leaders during critical growth periods in technology companies. An alumna of Manhattanville University, Mimi Watson earned a BA in English Literature, Art, and Music History from 1975 to 1979.
