Simone Reeves is an experienced consultant, executive coach, and facilitator specializing in leadership development, organizational transition, and cultural change. Since July 2016, Simone has been with Kinetic Consulting Ltd, focusing on sustainable performance and resilience during times of change. Concurrently, Simone operates a coaching practice aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities in both private and not-for-profit sectors. As a member of the faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute and Team Coaching International, Simone contributes to innovative leadership training programs. In addition to current roles as Chief People Officer - Success Coach at Cambridge Judge Business School and Executive Coach at IMD, Simone has a history of collaboration on various initiatives, including contributing to the Coaching Science Practitioners' Handbook. Academic qualifications include an MBA from EADA Business School and extensive studies in organizational leadership and languages.
