Daryl Sneed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development within the healthcare sector. As Co-Founder and Owner of SOUNDOFF since December 2016, and Founder & Creative Director at Ricorso since July 2015, Daryl has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Daryl's prior role as Head of Talent/People & Culture Chief at AVIA involved strategic initiatives for workforce planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In a previous position as Chief People/Talent Officer at Sg2, Daryl designed impactful talent strategies for over 180 employees in healthcare services. Early career accomplishments include significant financial improvements and operational assessments at reputable organizations such as CSC, Arthur Andersen, and Mercy Hospital of St. Louis. Daryl holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Rhodes College.
