Natalie Kramer has held multiple positions in the past decade. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Experience Officer at SoundSplore Inc., where they are responsible for designing, implementing, and providing leadership in creating company structure, culture, and strategic vision. Natalie is also the Market Strategist at Mendoza, Mazza, & Associates, Inc. In 2011, they began their career as a Cook and Server at Presbyterian Homes & Services.

Natalie Kramer attended San Diego State University from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Television, Film, and New Media.
