Bogdan Alexiu

Bogdan Alexiu has over 10 years of work experience in the technical support and customer service field. Bogdan started their career in 2008 as a Technical Support Operator at Server Room, where they provided live tech and sales support for clients of Serverroom.net and Primcast.com. In 2011, they joined Centova Technologies as a Helpdesk Operator, where they served until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in resolving customer issues and providing assistance. Since 2018, Bogdan has been working at SoundStack, initially as a Customer Support Specialist and currently as a Technical Operations Engineer. Bogdan'sresponsibilities at SoundStack include addressing customer queries and overseeing technical operations.

Bogdan Alexiu pursued their education at Universitatea "Danubius" din Galați from 2011 to 2014. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and IT Management.
