Romane Cox has a diverse work experience in multiple industries. Currently, they are working as a Customer Support Specialist at SoundStack since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Program Director at FLOW 103 starting from October 2019. Before that, Romane worked at Knewsales Group, where they held the positions of National Program Manager from April 2018 to October 2019 and Program Manager from February 2015 to April 2018. At Kognitive Marketing, Romane worked as a Field Manager Trainer from February 2014 to November 2014 and as a Field Manager from August 2012 to February 2014. They also gained experience at Inspire FM 105.9 as an Assistant Program Director & Traffic Administrator from October 2010 to November 2011 and as a Production Manager from May 2010 to October 2010. Finally, Romane started their career at 106.9 The X as a Student Program Coordinator / On Air Personality from September 2009 to May 2010 and as a Marketing/Promotions & On Air Personality from May 2009 to September 2009.

From 2008 to 2010, Romane Cox attended Fanshawe College, where they pursued a degree in Broadcasting Radio. During their time at the college, Romane focused on the field of study in Business Administration and Management.
