We are Sour Baker, Amelia and Raul, a couple with a strong passion for cooking and baking. Over the years, we explored sourdough more and more, both in pastry and bread. After completing courses at Ferrandi Paris, we decided to start our own small home bakery. All our products are naturally leavened and cold fermented. We focus on making the best possible products using quality ingredients. Our goal is to share savory and sweet creations that are both delicious and made with care.
