Sourcap is the proof layer for the SAP ecosystem.

For SAP consultants: prove real project capability through realistic, scenario-based assessments — not CVs, certificates, or interviews. Each scenario turns your decisions into an objective skill signal, including how well you direct and supervise AI.

For companies and recruiters: hire and benchmark SAP talent on proven, decision-based capability — including how they work with AI — not self-declared skills.

Certificates show what you studied. Sourcap shows how you think.
