Charles Rich

Charles Rich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Charles began their career as a Senior Consultant at The Open Systems Group in 1992, where they worked until 1995. Charles then moved on to Informix Corporation, where they served as a Senior Consultant from 1995 to 1997. After working independently as an Independent Consultant from 1997 to 1999, Rich joined Vignette Corporation as a Principal Sales Engineer. Charles held this position from 1999 to 2003. Following their time at Vignette, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Surgient Inc. from 2003 to 2004, and then at Adobe Systems as a Senior Sales Engineer from 2004 to 2008. In 2005, Rich co-founded Texas Tige Marine and served as a Board Member until 2009. Since 2008, they have been the CEO and Founder of Source 360 Group, Inc., a technology partner specializing in implementing enterprise products.

Charles Rich began their education at Los Fresnos High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of General studies from 1984 to 1988. Charles then pursued their undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Texas State University from 1988 to 1990. From 1990 to 1992, Charles attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Business. In terms of additional certifications, Charles obtained a certification in Blockchain from Blockmatics in May 2017 and a certification in Fit2Lead from Task Force 144 in December 2014.
