John Gail is an experienced professional in cost segregation and accounting, currently serving as Manager of Cost Segregation at Source Advisors since August 2022. Prior roles include Cost Segregation Supervisor at Withum and Cost Segregation Specialist at Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P.C., where John began as an intern in the Cost Segregation department. Prior experience also includes an internship at Branch Civil, Inc., focusing on financial analysis for construction projects, and customer service roles at Kroger. John’s early career involved serving as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy. John holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Analytics from Old Dominion University and the Strome College of Business.
