Marcus Weaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost segregation and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Source Advisors since January 2020, Marcus specializes in engineered-based cost segregation studies that enhance cash flow through maximized depreciation deductions for commercial property owners. Marcus has been a Cost Segregation and Certified Energy Rater Consultant at WMW Consulting, LLC since May 2013. Previous roles include serving on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, and holding various managerial positions in cost segregation services at KBKG, Inc. and Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C. Marcus began a career in construction management with project management roles at Key Construction, Robins & Morton, and Bovis Lend Lease - McDevitt & Street. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Construction Engineering from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
