Randy Markland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical writing, service management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Technical Writer-Content Compliance at Source Advisors since March 2019, Randy previously held various leadership positions at DecisionOne from 1987 to 2019, culminating as Region Service Manager where oversight of IT support operations and customer service was a key focus. Early career roles at Anchor Advanced Products involved significant management responsibilities, including Plant Manager and Corporate Quality Assurance Manager, contributing to operations and quality assurance across multiple facilities. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from East Tennessee State University and has studied Architecture at the University of Tennessee.
