Eva Laumans

Eva Laumans serves as the VP People & Culture at Source.ag since July 2023, following a role as Head of HR at CarNext.com from July 2019 to April 2023, where leadership of the People team and HR functions for a global organization was paramount. Prior experience includes key HR roles at Booking.com, from September 2014 to April 2019, supporting leadership teams with strategic HR advice and initiatives, as well as previous positions at Reed Elsevier, Fujitsu Services, and Effectory, where HR support, project management, and executive assistance were essential. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Management, Economics, and Law from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
