Lotte Adema

Lotte Adema has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Tutor at Ready to School, where they assisted teachers and provided tutoring in subjects like mathematics, economics, English, Dutch, and science. From 2011 to 2012, Lotte was an Employee DM & Particulier at CZ. In 2012, they joined PAT Learning Solutions as an Employee Customer Support/Data Analyst, where they analyzed data and provided recommendations for company policy. In 2015, Lotte interned at Capgemini before joining ZorgDomein Nederland B.V. as a Business Intelligence Analyst. At ZorgDomein, they focused on improving patient care through digital solutions and facilitating communication between healthcare providers. In 2018, Lotte started their journey at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as an Inventory Analyst, then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst and later became a Product Manager. During their tenure at KLM, they also served as a Board Member for the Vereniging van KLM Professionals. In 2020, Lotte co-founded UnifiedKLM/VKP young, where they held the position of Co-Founder/Chairman until December. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Source.ag since 2022.

Lotte Adema has a strong academic background in econometrics and operations research. Lotte completed their Bachelor's Degree in Econometrics and Operations Research at Tilburg University from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued further education at Tilburg University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Operations Research and Management Science from 2013 to 2015. Lotte also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics, which they completed at Tilburg University from 2014 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Lotte Adema has acquired additional certifications. Lotte obtained a certification in "Moralities of Everyday Life" from Coursera in July 2021 and earned the "Professional Scrum Product Owner I" certification from Scrum.org in June 2021.
