Kent Steeves is currently the Regional HVAC Manager at Source Atlantic, where they provide technical support for HVAC product lines, oversee new HVAC development, sales strategies, and team building, and are responsible for commissioning VRF installations. Prior to this role, Kent owned Steeves Heating Ltd from 1985 to 2007, specializing in heat pumps, ventilation, and geothermal installation and services for residential and commercial clients. Kent is pursuing further education in propane maintenance at New Brunswick Community College and is also involved with the Geothermal Coalition. They have completed various programs related to HVAC technology, including heat loss and heat gain calculations and residential air system design.
