The Operations team at Source Atlantic Limited is responsible for optimizing the supply chain, ensuring efficient warehouse management, and maintaining high operational standards across all branches. Guided by the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, this team includes Branch Managers who oversee local operations, as well as Regional Operations personnel focused on Western Canada. The Technical Operations Manager implements advanced technological solutions for operational improvements. Collectively, this team aims to enhance productivity, streamline logistics, and deliver exceptional service to customers.
