Ryan Berg

Ryan Berg is currently working as a Principal at Source Capital since January 2023. Prior to that, Ryan held the same position at Eastside Partners from April 2022 to December 2022, and at Arcspring from December 2020 to March 2022. With a strong background in finance, Ryan has also worked at companies such as New Capital Partners, Darden Graduate School of Business, and UBS Investment Bank, where Ryan gained experience in various roles including Vice President, Senior Associate, and Analyst. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
