Tim Curtis is an experienced operations and support management professional with a strong background in the IT sector. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Source Central Partners since November 2014, Tim oversees critical operational frameworks, focusing on strategic planning and process optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, Tim has held various roles including Service & Operations Manager and Service Desk Manager at Source Central, as well as Services Manager at Datamini Communications, where efforts concentrated on streamlining support operations. Tim's career also includes experience as a Client Support Analyst for BC Emergency Health Services and as a Helpdesk Analyst for National Money Mart. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Australian Catholic University.
