Stephen South has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Stephen is the Co-Founder and CEO at Source Coders, a company that specializes in software engineering talent acquisition and placement. Stephen founded Hopeseed Foundation, where they focus on promoting healthy connections among individuals. Before that, they co-founded and worked at Bridge Noble IT, a boutique technology recruitment consultancy.
