Marcel Dajnowicz

Marcel Dajnowicz has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Nordea as an IT Operation Specialist, an IT Developer, and a Scrum Master/Execution Leader. In 2022, they began working at Source Corp as a Lead Project Manager and a Scrum Master. As a Lead Project Manager, Marcel was responsible for understanding critical success factors for the project and ensuring each work stream had a plan in place to achieve the success factors. As a Scrum Master, Marcel coached two teams within the scrum principles, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, supported the Product Owner, helped the team determine the definition of done for the product, identified and managed impediments or risks, and promoted self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.

Marcel Dajnowicz holds a Licencjat (Lic.) in Informatyka from the University of Gdansk. Marcel also holds certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master (obtained in December 2021), a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (obtained in April 2022), and a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist (obtained in February 2022).
