Elizabeth Compere

Elizabeth Compere has a diverse work experience in the field of sound and event management. Elizabeth currently works as a Sound Designer at the Henegar Center For The Arts since October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Support Team Lead at Source Elements starting from September 2020.

Elizabeth also has significant freelance experience, working as a Sound Consultant since August 2015. Additionally, they served as a Sound Engineer from January 2015 to December 2017 and as a Special Event Manager from January 2016 to January 2017. In this role, they led a team of 70 staff & volunteers and was responsible for various aspects of event planning, management, and production.

Among their past experiences, Elizabeth worked as a Sound Engineer at PUNCHDRUNK from June 2019 to February 2020. Elizabeth also had brief roles as a Co-Manager at conferences in 2011 and 2012.

Elizabeth Compere earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music from Thomas Edison State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2014. In the same year, they also briefly attended Berklee College of Music to further their music education. In terms of additional certifications, Elizabeth obtained a certification in SC from Source Elements in January 2021.
