Gerardo Macias is an experienced software implementation professional with a robust background in managing complex projects and customer training sessions. Currently serving as Lead Implementer and Software Implementation Manager at Source Intelligence since March 2022, Gerardo has demonstrated the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Implementation Engineer at Parsec Automation Corp., where successful implementation of TrakSYS Software was achieved, and as an IT Developer at Niagara Bottling, contributing to the software development lifecycle and creating a mobile application prototype. Gerardo's foundational skills were developed through earlier positions, including an Information Technology Applications Intern role, where systems were optimized for reporting efficiency.
