Previously, Trout founded and served as CEO of VelocityEHS, where substantial revenue and team growth was achieved, culminating in successful exits to major investment partners. Trout's earlier career included roles at Ernst & Young, Mead Corporation, and service as a Captain in the US Air Force. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Marketing from Miami University.
