Paul Potter

Paul Potter currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Source Intelligence, leading customer success and professional services teams focused on the impacts of supply chains on human health, rights, and the environment. With extensive experience in customer success and supply chain management, Paul has held significant positions at various organizations, including Vice President of Customer Success at Assent Compliance Inc., Vice President of Supply Chain at Empire Comfort Systems, and roles in customer success at ClubReady, Inc., and LLamasoft, Inc. Additionally, Paul has significant experience in pharmaceutical procurement and inventory management from a tenure at Express Scripts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and partial completion of a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering at The Catholic University of America.
