Thomas Ray

Thomas Ray currently serves as the Head of Sales at Source Intelligence, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at NAVEX Global from April 2015 to September 2025, advancing through positions from Account Executive to Vice President of Sales, where Thomas contributed to a leading suite of ethics and compliance software solutions.
