Therea Craddock

Therea Craddock currently serves as the Director of Business Services at Source Office & Technology since December 2016, where oversight and development responsibilities include Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Maintenance, Procurement, Margin Management, and Furniture Projects. Additionally, Since September 1996, Therea has held the position of Contact Center Manager at Staples Business Advantage, where responsibilities include directing, motivating, and developing staff in various areas, enhancing both internal support and the external customer experience. Therea has also served as a site manager for one of three US contact centers, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and leadership in improving business performance.
