Chris O Neill

Chris O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades, starting in 2004 with their work as an IT Consultant & Professional, where they provided web development and hosting services. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Developer at Connectus Direct, before joining Antarctica Digital Marketing Inc. as a Business Development Manager and later as Director of Business Development. In 2007-2008, they served as a Project Manager at antarctica|DIGITAL. In 2011, O'Neill joined Future Flow Media as the Director of Business Development and Principal Consultant, before being promoted to VP, Business Development in 2014, a position they held until 2023. Currently, O'Neill serves as the CEO of Source Path Digital.

Chris O'Neill completed their Diploma of Technology in Internet from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2004. Chris then went back to the same institute and finished their Bachelor of Technology in Management (Honors) in 2015. In 2013, they received DMA certification as a Marketing Professional from the Direct Marketing Association. Chris participated in a Four Decisions Executive Workshop in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Gazelles International Coaches in 2012. That same year, they also completed Sales Management Training from Sales Encore. Additionally, Chris was engaged in Business Administration and Management studies with FranklinCovey in 2014.
